Petition to respect the feelings of children in care
V. above, most often the children for adoption are in foster care for a time that is not short, with the result that becomes attached to the foster family, and family to him. Then when the time comes to adoption, this separation even more painful than the family of origin.
The summary the petition is to allow foster families to at least maintain contact with the child being taken away from them to assign it to a new family (which he sure will not be that good, but one that now sees as his family).
